Regular readers of my blog will know that I have a bit of a love affair with Tayto. They’ve just issued a new limited edition six-pack entirely “As Gaeilge” which will be sold nationwide for the next 8 weeks. Remember the now infamous (pictured) Real Chocolate Tayto?
Speaking of which, keep an eye out tomorrow as I’ll be blogging entirely in Irish to celebrate Seachtain Na Gaeilge. If you’ve been visiting the blog recently you will have noticed that the podcasts (to the right hand side of your screen) have a distinctly Irish flavour and if you don’t speak Irish at all and are interested, they’re a good place to start!
To celebrate this special edition six-pack the lovely folk at Tayto have offered a fabulous prize for one of my readers (yes that’s you). In fact it’s such a great prize that honestly I’d rather like it for myself. “Yeah, yeah, yeah she is bound to say that…..”
Tayto Park isn’t all that far from us as the crow flies. It takes about 30 minutes drive cross country to get there and the boys love it. They’re still a little too small for the high wire fun and games, and the 4 year old is counting down the days until he is tall enough to take part. Mind you they love the animals, the playground, the activities (particularly panning for precious stones) and I’m a fan of bringing them there and letting them run around in the fresh air. Last summer we took the Summer Project there too so it gets the stamp of approval from us all around, for groups and for smaller family outings.
The Prize
Tayto would like to award 1 reader with a family day pass for 2 adults and 2 children, a six-pack of the Tayto As Gaeilge and one of their rather cute t-shirts to go with the prize as well. Truthfully I’d love one of these t-shirts as they’d go with my flowery wellies. I’m not so sure how practical the shorts are for the allotments though….
To Enter
Simply comment below and share the flavour (in Irish/as Gaeilge) of the special edition pack of Tayto. Here’s a hint for you, check the pictures in this post for the answer.
You must be resident anywhere in the 32 Counties of Ireland to enter. Multiple entries will disqualify you. The winner will be chosen by random selection on Wednesday 20th of March next and notified by email. The prize is not transferable.
Note: Tayto have provided the prize to me for the purposes of the competition. My opinions are my own and I am not paid to give them.
