Impossible Brownies Recipe
This recipe is called impossible brownies because it shouldn’t work. It really shouldn’t! Brownies are traditionally made with butter, eggs, flour, and refined sugar, but these brownies have none of this stuff and instead are packed full of fibre and vegetable protein. Gluten Free Chocolate Cherry Cake
I was doing some work on the blog and realised that there was a gap of baking proportions. It’s not good enough and I apologise! I suppose a gluten-free chocolate cherry cake will have to do.

There will be plenty of my family’s traditional food for Halloween over the next few weeks. This is a new, no-bake, and sure to be a firm favourite.
