    Butter Is Better

    It’s no secret that I stopped using margarine a few years ago. I now cook with the best of Irish ingredients that I can afford.  I stopped using margarine, simply because butter is better.  It’s not just that I cook with butter. When the wrapper is empty it gets folded and I pop it into the door of the fridge. Every single roast chicken is wrapped in at least 1 butter wrapper and it makes for the most amazing chicken.
