This is my recipe for a very strong mulled wine. Be warned it packs a punch! At the moment we are far from mulled wine status. Everything is poised and ready to go mind you, but we’ve had a rotten tummy bug virus run through the house and shake us from the inside out. I’ve been on lockdown with the smallest fella since Sunday and tomorrow will go back to the office for a cup of tea in peace. 😉 He’s still not well so his Dad is taking over for the day.
